I have several white rocks. I have one that mounts my other hens a tries to breed. There is no difference in their looks and no crowing. Is just one of those things that just happen? I'm not really concerned just curious.

Not all mounting behavior is sexually related in the dynamics of flock order and interaction. That said, while you don't see any difference in the appearance of the birds, it would not hurt to go ahead and post some photos of your birds as many folks have been rather surprised to learn that even though they see no difference in a bird they have a rooster in the mix - not all roosters crow, so the lack of vocalizations is not necessarily reliable. How old are your birds?
