BEI and Call Ducks

Does anyone know if a Black East Indies Duck will mate with a Call Duck???

Yes they will.

Now, Do they lay year round or seasonal?

Both of those are seasonal...and they will lay in the spring/summer.

Ok! That gives me some time!! Just hatched my first Black East Indies so it will be next year before they start laying.
