Being told boy on fb, want expert opinions

Around 7ish weeks old.

That's a cockerel (boy). My reasoning is as follows: at 7 weeks old the comb is quite pink/red and very well developed and also note in picture #1 that waddles, that flap of skin from neck to lower beak, are already forming. A pullet doesn't start to develop waddles until she's getting close to sexual maturity.
I hope you were hoping for a boy, because...he is one.

Unfortunately, no. In this group of 9 we already have 3 cockerels including this one and one other suspect 😞
