Bellevue, NE chicken permit

Thank you! My family is moving to Bellevue next month and will be on an acre of land. I was told that we could definitely have chickens, but after purchasing our home realized it’s not that simple. Is being a member of this group sufficient enough to get the permit assuming my coop and run meet all of the standards?
