belly boo boo (hernia?)

My new chicks arrived today. Checked them all for pasty butt when I brought them home & they were clear, but tonight I noticed that one of my barred rocks has this boo boo on her belly. I've looked on here & seen other peoples posts on the hernia's their chicks have had & it doesn't look like the images I found as its actually on her belly (like where a natural belly button would be if chickens had belly buttons) and not next to her vent.

So far the other 3 chicks have not noticed it as she's some what shorter making her belly closer to the ground & hidden - though now that I've cleaned her off I'm worried they might find it interesting. :s

My four BOs have this, too...I assumed it was the umbilical cord and to just leave it alone. I hope this is correct...

That's my plan.....and hopefully it corrects itself. Especially since I really wanted these BR's and one I'm pretty sure is the rooster (there were 4 in my order, 2 BR's went to a friend & I kept 2. I had the boys marked at the hatchery....but I think the kids (and ultimately me) may have mixed them up and I got 1 of each instead of 2 pullets.
