is this fowl pox? If yes, how do I help her? These bumps started smaller a couple weeks ago. She's molting so I thought maybe just a vitamin deficiency. They now have grown in size and are on her ear lobes too.
Please help.

Yes, it does look like Fowl Pox.

Does she have some swelling on the sides of her face or any lesions or pasty material inside the beak?

The scabs on the comb and earlobe look to be Dry Fowl Pox. Usually this will resolve on its own over the course of several weeks. If you wish, you can paint or dot a little Iodine on the scabs to help dry them up. Don't disturb scabs since this can cause them to spread.

Since she's molting, watch to see she's eating/drinking o.k. It wouldn't hurt to give her poultry vitamins a couple of times a week. An oral dose of something like Poultry Cell at a rate of 1cc per 3lbs of weight is what I'd do.

Thank you for responding. As of now, she's seems to be eating and drinking ok. She's in a hard molt so it's less anyway. I've secluded her to my garage, waiting for vaccines for my others. She is my fave bird. I'm so sad she's going through this.
I give vitamin water so hope that helps. Anything else I can buy that would speed her recovery?
I do have vet rx that I rub on her beak right now.

Fowl pox is spread by mosquitoes. You may see more chickens with it. Most people do not isolate a chicken with pox since it may be hard to reintegrate them after being gone and the pecking order is different. You could put her in a dog crate during the day with food and water where she can still see the others. Even with that I would let her out to be with the others. Most people only vaccinate flocks for pox if they are in a tropical part if the country, such as in TX, LA, AL, and FL. and if it is a bad strain. The scabs in your hen do not look like a bad case. Vaccines are given at certain times, and if successful will take a couple of weeks to protect them. You may want to leave her with t flock, and just let them all be exposed and get over it. Then they will be immune to it in the future. Just my opinion.
