Belly button

My chicks vent is clear but it seems it has a Petrosian coming from its belly button. I’m assuming it’s intestinal but I’m not sure? Any suggestions on how to help my little fella. Again, I checked and the vent is clear

Ouch.. That would be the naval. Its possible it still might have a tiny bit of yolk left to absorb? If anything, dab a bit of iodine on it to help keep it clean and allow it to dry. Hope it goes away soon! I've had a couple in the past with large bloody navals. Most made it out okay, but one got infected. Just try to keep it clean
