The temperature right now is 8 degrees fahrenheit but the feels like temperature is less than 0. Should I keep my girl outside or put them in the coop for the day? If you need the breeds, I have Brahmas, RIR's, Black Sex Links, and Olive Eggers.

Give them the choice. Mine don't like walking in the snow, but they have a covered run and will spend the day in the run even if it doesn't get above 0 during the day. They can go in the coop if they want to, but generally only do if it's windy.
Okay, so they will go in if they want?

Chickens can survive crazy temps. They should be fine, just give them the choice to go in the coop or come out. No supplemental heat, and dont seal up the coop. Makes sure there’s plenty of ventilation, which will help keep them healthy strong and warm for the winter.

Let them choose unless weather is really bad or temps really low along with wind. Zero degrees isn't too bad for chickens. You don't have any particularly sensitive breeds.

You should make sure they are eating and drinking. They tend to eat more in the really cold weather. So, one way I get mine to eat more is to put food in their coop 24/7 during really cold spells. They already have water 24/7 in their coop. Also, I try to bring them wet feed mash with some yummy things sprinkled on top a bit later in the day (early afternoon) and I can see how active they are bc wet feed is a huge/popular treat here! If you notice one that is not looking so great, you can bring that one inside (can be a garage or barn) for 2-4 hours to get warmed up and give them some warm wet feed - this can help them "reset" their internal thermometer and deal better once you put them back.
