Benifits of apple cider vinegar

I read somewhere that there are health benefits of giving small amounts of apple cider vinegar diluted in the drink water once a week. Does anybody know anything about that?

Where are you at? that's a lovely Light Sussex. where did you get it from? I have light Sussex too.
I forget what the health benefit is but many insist there is a health benefit to putting a little apple cider vinegar in the water .

your bird reminds me so much of mine . mine are pure English strain Light Sussex. are yours pure English or are they an Israeli strain? such a pretty bird!
