Besides a duck, what am I?

Imagine my surprise when this cutie hatched out of my Silver Appleyard flock. The rest of his hatch-mates look classic Appleyard (yellow with the black mohawk).

I only have Appleyards, no other ducks.

Any thoughts as to what this little one is?

It's an Appleyard...They can be that colour too. I bred Appleyard myself...Congrats.

Really? Of the 200 I have hatched over the past 3 years, I have never seen one like this. And they will end up looking like the classic Appleyard when they are adults?
