I'm looking for a hatchery that can be accessed via internet that has a good variety of fertile chicken eggs.

McMurray was a bust as they only have assortments, and Meyer, the only other hatchery I found that even offers fertile eggs, is out of stock or whatever.

Can anyone provide me with a good website?

I got three hatcheries that ship eggs.

One is sold out

And the other two may or may not ship to Puerto Rico. i've contacted them and included the details of my current predicament, I'll post the results of my quarry when i get the responses.

That may be a problem, what are the import/export rules for eggs? Even if you showed buying them as a food egg, what is the NORMAL shipping time of other things?? ie if I sent you a pair of gloves, would they be to you within a week?? if not regardless of rules, eggs may not be viable by the time they get to you.

Since puerto rico is a commonwealth aka territory of the US we are services by the US postal service.

I recently ordered coffee beans for planting from an oregon based company via mail. I recieved the ''order shipped'' email on jan 20th and my beans arrived this morning in the mail. Thats three days, by my experience thats a pretty average time.

I heard that shipments in and out of PR have been halted due to possible detection of AI. Have you heard anything about that? I haven't had time to look into it to verify the accuracy of such a statement, but I will see if I can find additional info.

IMO you'd be better off ordering chicks. Hatcheries don't sell eggs very cheaply and as a rule shipped eggs don't hatch real well. I think you'll find that in most cases the per chick cost is higher with shipped eggs than it would have been had you just ordered chicks.
Now I know someone will respond about the time they bought 20 hatching eggs and all 20 hatched but believe me that's the exception, not the rule.
Sorry about people not knowing that PR is part of the US-our education system at work. Regards to the Virgin Islands.
