best bantam breeds

Hi.

I'm ordering chicks in the spring, I want layers mostly... But I'd also like some bantams, for my Silkie flock. There are currently only two in that flock, a Silkie mix roo, and a Silkie hen. The Silkie hen is the mother of the said roo, and 2 other roos. One of the roos has moved to my other larger flock, and the other is away battling with merecks disease. Anyhow I'd really love to add more members to the Silkie flock, but I would like to maybe have some variety. Maybe call it the bantam flock instead. So, what are the best bantam breeds? The friendliest, or the hardiest ones. I'd also like to get some opinions on these breeds...

Sebright
Bantam Brahma
Wyandotte (ik they arent really bantams)
Pekin

I keep bantam cochins, both frizzle and smooth, or pekins, I absolutely adore their quirky personalities. I have d'uccle, and a buff Brahma. Both of those aren't as friendly as the cochins. Polish in general are odd birds, similar to silkies, except they can be a bit hysterical at things.

I've owned 2 seabright roosters, they were troublemakers, and very busy, probably too much to mix with silkies.

I have 11 week old Bantam Brahmas. At this point, they are not as friendly as my Bantam Cochins. The Brahmas roost a lot during the day, seem to stick together, and are calm. When trying to catch them, they are real fast, sort of flighty and don’t like being picked up.

Ya, I was thinking the sebrights might not be right for my flock. It sounds like polish might fit in ok with the silkies tho. I love cochins, they sound like they'd go well with silkies but... My Silkie hen isnt what u would call the "typical Silkie" she is quite bossy to the roo, and other chickens that she's been with in the past. And she definetly prefers not to be handled. I think she might be able to live with more busy breeds, but I'm not sure... Thanks for the info!

Some of mine came from a local breeder, I bred some myself from these, and the rest are from my Pet Chicken.
