Best Bantams?

Hello and Happy New Year!!!!
We were sitting here thinking about what chickens to order this spring, isn't everyone, lol? I was really wanting some bantams for the little eggs for the kids. I noticed in the hatchery catalogue that all the bantams are listed as fair to poor layers but I have heard people here on BYC say they lay great. Which breeds of bantams lay well? I have to admit I'd love itty bitty blue eggs!!!

My Golden Sebrights were GREAT layers, as well as my White Faced Black Spanish Bantys, but the roo was MEAN!!

I think EE bantams or Bearded Antwerp Belgian Bantams. They are both very friendly and the EE lay colored eggs!

Of course the eggs are small and cream colored.
