Speaking of rocks.... I would love to see a wellie roo over a partridge rock. I believe it would be a nice genetic combination with good coloring

I've used Ameraucanas over CX [white commercial broilers] and now breeding the F1 generation. This is a blue barred F2 and I suspect the chick in the upper left of the second photo will also be blue barred. The F1s are large, meaty, blue egg layers and decent winter layers. [These chicks are being hatched this winter.]

I did a bo roo of a cornish cross (meatie) hen. the two roos are white with red reds in them and the hens vary from white with a blushing to an orange red. They are 5 months old but are a big frame bird but haven't filled out the frame yetHas anyone done a BRxBO or BOxBR? Or any crosses with Buff Orps?
