Best cleaners for hen house

Hi there, I’m looking for advice on what is the best way to clean out my hen house. As in a good complete overhaul. I’ve read articles involving dawn dish soap, essential oils, garlic juice etc. Any help would be great ... thank you

Can you just power wash the inside? That would work just as well as any cleaner-but much safer of course.

You could also use a mild water/bleach solution in a spray bottle, then power wash it off. I did that on my last coop and terrariums.

Unless the birds have had some disease, a good sweeping should do the trick.
If you use any liquid,
make sure it is thoroughly dry before reinstalling bedding and birds,
or you could end up with a mold/mildew problem.

I've only ever used liquid inside the coop when I had to treat for mites. Otherwise a simple sweep out has always been good enough for me.

Unless there is disease or parasites - apple cider vinegar - and keeping it 'picked up'.
