Best dewormer to kill 4-6 inch worms?

Also does valbanzen treat tapeworms?
There are studies that say both Valbazen and Safeguard will treat the common chicken tape, but many people have reported that it didn't work for them.
If so what dosage should I feed my rooster? 2ml
Valbazen dose would be 0.08 ml per pound (0.4 ml for a 5 pound bird) orally and repeat in 10-14 days.
So I was just curious as to what’s better valbanzen or equimax or zimectrin gold horse paste that has preziquantel in it?
Great question! If I had to treat tapes I would use Equimax over Zimectrin Gold because it has twice as much praziquantel in it, so one tube will treat twice as many birds. I know lots of posts say to use Zimectrin Gold, but those are old posts and no one really understood how to calculate the dose correctly..

Ok I will buy Equimax and treat my rooster and all my other birds with it as well. How much should I treat my about 5lb rooster with and then my small 3lb hens? Also how should I treat my other rooster whom is quite big and is more around 7lbs?
As this rooster that has the terrible case of tapes is only 6-7 months old while my other silkie rooster is full grown as a result a few lbs bigger and the hens are quite small but are not bantams. Or should I only treat him but I feel it would be safest to deworm my whole flock probably? This rooster I posted about has been living in my house for awhile as he lost 1/2 his feathers. As first I thought he was molting in the middle of summer (July) only to find out later last month (December) he had parasites (mites) so I had to strip the entire coop and treat the whole coop with premethrin plus the flock for mites so he is living inside the house next to my woodstove til the feathers on his chest and wings grow back so he doesn’t get to cold. So he looks a bit on the skinny side even though he gets free choice access to 18% protein feather fixer pellets plus a bunch of veggies and meat and dairy etc as I’m trying to put weight on him even though he has worms and had a bad case of mites which are now gone. I have put weight on him but it’s taken awhile 6 weeks to put even just 2lbs on him..so yes not a ton of progress. He still could gain another pound or two as his chest bone is a bit more prominent than I like it to be. This poor bird I been having problems off and on for the last 6 weeks with him. First feather loss and intense itching I fixed that then then as soon as I fixed that then chronic diarrhea only to find and figure out that he has a horrible case of worms so I been treating him obviously with the wrong kind of wormer and now the newest problem that just popped up.. an enlarged butt hole like his but hole grew 2-3x the size overnight three days ago.. seams like I solve one problem only to find out another or have another problem come up with this poor rooster .

I’m worried his enlarged butt hole is caused from straining so many and much worms out?
