Friday Sharon found some marked down Portabella mushroom caps - the real big ones about 6 inches in diameter. Sooooooooooooo we decided to use them as buns for hamburgers, when we went shopping I saw some thin cut boneless NY strip steaks. Seasoned the steaks with just a dash of salt, pepper, garlic powder and threw them on the grill and cooked med rare, grilled the mushroom caps, fresh tomato from the garden, sliced onion, topped with goat cheese and fresh steamed okra on the side. I didn't get any pics but it was to to to good!
