Na! That's the draw back, they are seasonal layers to an extent.
You'll expect to get eggs on them from late Feb- Oct fairly easily.

Hmm Good advice. Maybe i'll get couple of each.

Would a mixed flock of geese, guineas, chickens and ducks get along okay? They would have a 15 x 15 (guessing size) coop and a acre to run. I was hoping to use the geese and guineas as watch dogs and to mow the orchard. And the chickens and ducks for eggs. How would this flock be with the orchard and vineyard? I was planing on having a couple of kids swimming pools for the ducks.

they'll get along just fine. Some times the geese can be a little mean dependant on breed?
The big thing to watch is, not to crowd them, which if they have an acre, you should be fine. The big concern is if the are all housed in a pen together, the ducks and geese are messy, but handle it with easy. where the guneies and chickens at times can get sick or muddy feathered from being in their mess.
But again, if you have an acre for them to run on, you should be fine. As for the vineyard?????????
