So I too am getting goslings soon, my first, and have chick feeders. Have seen trying a vinegar bottle as a waterer. Cut holes just big enough for heads but not whole body. Will keep them out. With the chick waterer it is so shallow. They are supposed to immerse their whole beak in order to digest food. Has anyone seen feeders or waterers just for goslings?
Also- have read that goslings will sometimes refuse starter. I am starting with Mazuri. Can I just add a little water to it?

Adding water to make a soupy mash encourages them to try it.

:thumbsupWe are "experts" in goslings, but very "green" :idunnoon ducklings. But after months of research,I saw someone's advice on gravity dog waterer. It is by far the best for 🪿and 🦆.
I opted for a small one for more frequent water changes, because we have learned that goslings are the slobs as "roommates" for our poor goslings.
This type they can dunk💦their nostrils!!

Great idea thanks! Question:
Your pics are adorable but is your brooder always that clean? And you always use sand? Mine poop constantly. Am using puppy pads. I am having to change their pads every couple hrs. And their brooder is 2ftx4ft.
