hi
I was wondering which food to give my poorly chicken so far I have given her :
Porridge
Lettuce
Cucumber
And scrambled egg
She didn't eat any cucumber though
Any suggestions on what else I can give her

Hi
She tries to eat her usual food but can not manage it as it is hard.
Today I gave her some warm porridge with selenium a,c and e sprinkled on the top and she ate most of it .

Specifically for a chick with wry neck, I would NOT give any of the "treats" you list, other than egg. She needs a good quality chick starter, along with Vit E, Selenium.
Hi
I gave her the treats because she hadn't eaten in a day and a half and while she was eating I wanted to try and get her to eat as much as she could.

How old is she?
How long has she had symptoms of Wry Neck?

I agree with @ChickenCanoe if she has Wry Neck, then she needs Vitamin E and Selenium. Selenium is found in egg, so you have that covered. How much Vitamin E are you giving?

Chickens with Wry Neck can also be deficient in Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), but they do seem to benefit from most all B vitamins. You may want to add 1/4tablet of human B-Complex vitamins (no iron) to her food in addition to the E.

Wet food is sometimes easier for them to eat. You may also find that she will do better if you can help her.
