That's definitely a cockerel. Way too much red in the wattles at that age to be a hen.

If you're wanting to keep him in your flock, I'd highly recommend to stop holding or snuggling him. Roosters will often turn into monsters if you treat them with that kind of affection. They do best if you respect their space.

Oh I didn’t know that, bummer. I like to torcher him a little since he hates the snuggles so much. Lol but I will stop and start doing as you suggest, thank you!

I am thinking it is a hen because i think that a cockerel would have more red to the comb and wattles. I also had a cochin bantam that I thought was a hen until i heard crowing coming from his tank then I knew it was a rooster. but mine started crowing at like 4-5 weeks so if not crowing yet my guess would be a pullet
