Best guesses?? Not worried about sex just breed.

The Easter Eggers I ordered from Hoover’s have fluffy cheeks - they look like little owls when you look at their faces. I agree with the other reviewer that the legs of ee are usually green/slate. No other common hatchery bird that I know of has those green/slate legs, even as a tiny chick (correct me if otherwise). Feathers can be most any pattern or color.

I have a huge variety of chicks (about 60) from Hoover’s and Meyer hatcheries this summer, most around 12 weeks now. Of course as they grew, it was hard to keep track of each variety since they all are together. I’m finding that the easiest way to distinguish similar birds from each other right now is leg and foot color (black austrolorp vs black jersey giant) and to quickly pick out the Easter Eggers From some of the others (green/slate/bluish). The fluffy faces on the Easter Eggers help, but are more prominent on some so I have to look really hard on a few.
