I second the Lyon TX models. It was recommended to me by a friend who is always hatching and has tried many different 'bators. I got mine in the spring and I love it. It's a Lyon TX6 so just 18 eggs at a time. I don't get to hatch much since my DH is convinced it uses too much electricity, but with 2 hatches this year I have had good luck.
One thing to note though is that it is very sensitive to room temps! It likes to be in a room at a steady temp (the instructions say 70 degrees). I do have trouble with keeping the temp even in my house because the room can fluctuate 5 degrees in either direction so I have to adjust the temp knob from time to time. It has resulted in a temp spike in both of my hatches because like an idiot, there have been times I have turned the temp knob and not waited the 20 minutes to make sure it normalized where I wanted it. I think if you are better about paying attention to the 'bator then you would be fine. I'm telling myself that I will do a better job next hatch. I'm really new to hatching though so the approx 50% hatch I attained the first time and the way my current hatch is going (hatch #2 for me) I think I'm doing pretty well.
