Best incubator for under $100?? Help!!

Looking to buy the best incubator for under $100 just for my hobby farm- Like a dingbat i jumped on ebay and bought a hovabator but may just not open it and try and get most of my money back if it is not a good brand?
ANy input would be greatly appreciated.

I have Hova circulated air #1583 and it's under 100.00 new but that doesn't include shipping and I got a turner with mine. I hatched over 300 chicks in it alone last year. I like mine real well.
