Looking for a newer incubator that is really good for hatching swan, turkey, quail, chicken and pheasant eggs. What do you think is the best?

How many will you be hatching at one time? Do you want a small desk top or a big cabinet model? Will you be mixing species or will all the eggs in there at one time be the same type? Will you use a separate incubator as a hatcher? Do you want one that requires a bit of "hands on" or do you want a set it and forget it? Do you have an unlimited budget? How often will you be incubating eggs? Other than the species you will be using it for, what are your criteria?

You could be anything form a teacher wanting to hatch a few eggs in a classroom to someone wanting to hatch a lot of eggs commercially and sell what you hatch. What's best for one won't be best for another.

I'd think you'd be better off building your own for eggs as large as swan. Maybe check over in the other poultry section and see what swan folks do. That's a big egg and doubt the typical table top incubators fit well.

Incubator warehouse has incukits for building your own. Heater, thermostat and fan all in one units. Build a box and slap it in, that easy. Just ensure the box total size is within spec or the unit will burn out trying to heat large area.

Not a cabinet, more like large desk top. That would be able to hold at least four swan eggs. I would only do one breed at a time. Budget not sure but I want something super good. Automatic would be nice.
The one I have now 10 plus years old. It still works super good but a newer one would be nice. Also if this one quits working.

Brinsea is usually considered the top of the line for mainline desk top incubators. I'd suggest you call them and chat. The issue may not be the size of the incubator but the automatic turner. There is a huge difference in the size of swan and quail eggs, they probably won't fit the same turner.

My brinsea is ovation 56 with the automatic humidity pump and I have the ability to shut off my turner or remove individual trays. I currently have 4 turkey eggs and 22 chicken eggs in mine. I am turning the turkey eggs by hand because I have not invested in the large egg trays.... the website says the large trays will handle both large eggs and quail eggs.

I do really like the versatility of this bator.

I have never seen a swan egg so I am not sure. I believe that with the large trays the turkey eggs would still fit just fine. When I get more eggs I will get the larger turner but that will not be till possibly spring..... sigh. There is room above the chicken eggs when they are upright in the trays..... I tried to get a picture but my phone is not playing nice.
