best incubator

D6752F58-10C2-4028-8F21-4B2CBFB4D1C3.jpeg I have had good luck with my 56 egg incubator from amazon (price range 76-112) listed as different brands suncoo, kuppet, and others. had to calibrate thermometer, and humidity and has a quirky short in the cord that if bumped hard enough can shut it off. But I am now on my 2nd batch of quail due next Monday and all is looking good!! (first batch 72% hatch rate) I started with a janoelle 12, and have heard good (and bad) things about nurture rite 360, hovabator, farm innovators, and little giants, etc. Of course I would love to have a brinsea someday but couldn’t justify the extra cost right now. (and I was not too happy with the brinsea brooder plate).

What do you all think of the Sunoco digital 32 egg incubator?
i believe the suncoo 32 is basically the smaller version of my 56. should work well for you provided you check and calibrate the thermometer/hygrometer and are prepared for other possible quirks. (mine holds temp and humidity really well and the lid is much easier to handle compared to my janoelle 12). when checking reviews on amazon for any incubator, you will find everything under the sun! I do know that most people don’t like the 96 egg model as it has too many cold spots in the 2nd level that results in poor hatch rates and that is where most of the negative reviews come from.

I have a 48 egg incubator I won in a raffle and cannot get the humidity down to 50%. Its preset to 60 but you can change it. Ive done that and have done everything from taking out the water to filling it up. Someone told me if you added water to this model it goes down. It consistently reads 70%. If anyone knows what Im doing wrong let me know. Here is a pic of it.

I have a GQF 1588 and an Incuview that keeps the humidity right where I want it. I love these two. I just ordered a 1602N still air because Im afraid to put any eggs in the yellow one.

Brinsea. I have two with automatic turner. I bought them after 3 from TSC broke during incubation. Day 18.

My brinsea holds 24 large/jumbo eggs, and about 30 medium/large.

I preheat, put eggs in and temp remains on 99.5 consistently with zero issues.
Hi, which model # do you have? what material is is made of (plastic, sytrofoam, etc). Is the egg turner extra? Most Important Q for me is.... What is your hatch rate?? Thanks.
