Best Incubator

Does anyone have any experience using any of the Borotto incubators? I have heard very good things about both of their lines, Real and Lumia, in terms of being low maintenance for heat and humidity regulation.

I like mine very much. It doesn't seem to have the warm and cool spots that I've found in other incubators.

Do you use the humidity regulating attachment? If so, do you find it low maintenance and reliable as I've reported by another experienced breeder?

I do have the humidity pump. It's pretty much set and go. Just keep an eye on the water container that you have the hose in so it doesn't run out of water. My only gripe is that the minimum humidity is 45% and it's pretty loud.

Ah very good to know. Borotto is at the top of my list for incubator upgrade, and it was because an experienced breeder said it was set and go as you say. My two previous incubation experiences were about as high maintenance as it can get lol. Constant tweaking and babysitting the units. Time to upgrade. I just can't decide between the bigger Real ones or the smaller Lumia ones.
