Best incubator?

You should raise your temp to 101* at the top of the eggs or they won't develop right. Just a thought

Not sure what you mean by this? Eggs should be incubated at 99.5

I have to turn my incubator up to 102 at lockdown because it loses temperature when I take the turner out. 102 is actually 97.5 I'm afraid to turn it up further.

Eggs should be incubated at 99.5 in a forced air incubator (incubator with a fan.) You have a Still-air incubator, and in a still air incubator, the top level of the eggs (usually where the thermometer is placed) the temperature should be 101. That is because at the egg's level, or at the floor, the temperature is about 97 degrees.

Best incubator in the world is a broody mama hen, that however while not expensive, is a rare find in these days of chickens bred for primarily for production. I haven't had a bator and we've been lucky enough to have a couple of hatches with a couple broody moms.
