It looks like a wafer thermostat incubator. Couldn't tell about the humidity system but the temp looks to be controlled with a wafer thermostat. You can still buy replacement parts for it if it needs repairs. I would suggest you set the thermostat and see if you can adjust to 99.5 degrees. If you can do that, and keep the humidity at a reasonable level, you should be able to hatch anytime.

I think it's good that we both post on the same threads. We have totally different incubating set ups, and both our styles work for us. It just proves that there are many different variables in hatching, and you find what works best for you
