Best kind of Pressure Cooker...?

I have a Mirro. Got it from Amazon. Works great. Mine has three different pressure valves you put on the stem where the steam comes out. Make sure you get one like that and not the one that has the little gadge on it showing the pressure. You have to watch those like hawks. The ones with the little weights you put on the stem you can just walk off and leave it. I got my first one this year and loved it.

Some of the BETTER Pressure Canners have BOTH the pressure gauge AND the weight so that you can see the pressure as well as not worry about watching it all the time.
