I was looking at this scissors on Amazon, I like the fish scaling part and the large handle grip. However, I don't know if it can cut through a turkey's neck, it looks like they were cutting through joint gaps in the video.Do the poultry shears cut through the neck well? I have broken down a chicken with a pair of poultry shears in the past, and it worked really well. I don’t currently own any now though…. But I will have to pick some up!

I just received this scissors in my mail.
