Beautiful dogs/wolves and thanks for posting info! Ive fed Taste of the Wild, now feeding Diamond Large Breed Puppy and 4Life. I used to feed Inova, but was so expensive I quit.

Sorry, but that vet sounds rather "breed ignorant". Labs can have problems just as well as a shepherd. It's just a matter of finding the right breeder, who does all the health testing and selective breeding for the breed. That goes for all breeds really, because they just about all have their own problems. I don't think any breed is without possible problems. Responsible breeding is so important for them all.

I feed Diamond Maintenance to my Irish Wolfhound. The breeder told me to feed her that so its what I am feeding. If you have a Costco you can actually get “Diamond” cheaper by buying the Costco dog food. Its made by Diamond and packaged for Costco, sort of like Costco Vodka is actually Grey Goose Vodka way cheaper

Thanks for sharing that useful information! You cannot escape the fact that all cost of essential things are now totally rising. Besides, paying for your pets and loved ones to eat are expenses that seem unbearable as the costs increase. You still need to pay the bills at the end of each month, and that can seem hard sometimes.
