I have heard bobs are better, but I have also heard they are way more difficult to raise. I think I will give it a try eventually anyway, but I like simplicity.

It was a first but I actually found USDA Prime Rib-Eyes at Costco's last night, my GOD they were delicious, at $7.69 a lb. I couldn't resist.
