OMG look what my husband got me for Mother's Day!!

My wonderful Hubby (who was not particularly excited about my chicken mania) knew that I REALLY wanted some Lavender Orpingtons. So for Mother's Day he surprised me with 6 chicks! Yes, he's a week early...and they are straight run so I won't be able to keep them all.
I'm so excited! Now onto the coop building. We do have a brooder and coop was already in the works.
