I don't think simply saying I wouldn't show someone elses birds is bashing them. That just means that IMHO that they wouldnt do well at all the show's I've been to. I have experience showing mille fleur d'Uccles, it wasn't a statement from someone with no experience in the matter. I never said they were poor quality birds, they just aren't something that I'd show. Here's the examples of birds that I would show. The first two are of parents of my d'Uccles, and I can give anyone the contact info for the breeder, she's very kind.

Yes, those are very nice show birds, but do you really think every bird they throw is going to look exactly like them?
Also, how do you know if the birds in the
eBay auction have been past their first molt?
Also, since these are the parents of the d'uccles you have, I'd like to see your d'uccles to support your claim?
I've already said that I'm well aware that every offspring isn't going to be show quality like them. Once again, however, if your parents are show quality you have a better chance of getting show quality offspring, so we can drop that now.
I don't know if they have been past their first molt. However, several of the hens look like they have very little black, and so will have far too much white after they molt if they haven't yet done so for the first time.
I will post pictures of my d'Uccles when I get back from dinner.
