Best place to get chicks near NE Texas??

Does anyone know where I can find chicks (Speckled Sussex)(reasonably priced)? It doesn't really matter where in the US they are but I'd prefer to have them shipped from a closer distance rather than a far one. Thanks!!

All the commercial hatcheries are what I would call reasonably priced (even with shipping in most cases).

Ideal Poultry is in Texas. There next available date for SS (spekled Sussex) is out until late April..

Cackle in MO ain't too far from Tx.. I'm in Ca.. and recieved good orders, unfortunately their next available date is also out there..

My top choices might be cackle and meyer from those I've listed for various (quality) reasons.. but all are fine.. even shipping all the way to the cal/or border.. which NEVER is "express". Hope this helps somewhat!
