Absolutely - the coop is great. Just put the whole brooder inside. Done!
I'm thinking OP would feel much more secure with them near, esp if it's the first experience with chicks. It's also a great way to learn about them through observation. I raised my first batch inside (bc I was a newbie) my second outside (a broody raised them) my third inside (after a shipping disaster), and my fourth outside. Both work fine, imho.
