best price on chicks

I have been prixcing out Cornish X lately for the Fall/Winter season. These are the best I have found:

Meyer- $99 - 100 chicks plus $50 fos shipping to my area (Washington State)
Cackle - $114 - 100 chicks plus $50 shipping
Welp $181 - 150 Cornish X - no shipping.

It seems the price has gone up lately. I am new but I thought I recently saw them at 70 -80 cents a chick? Where do you get the best price??

Murray Mc murray 100+ chicks starts at 1.45 SR ? shipping

Ideal 100+ chicks start at 1.51$ Sr shipping ?

i got 100 st run (1.12/pc) at mt healthy including shipping was 137$ and i got 50 free chicks ( not cornish X) but you can choos enot to get the free chicks.

I just got 27 (ordered 25, got 2 extra) from Schlecht. They're 5 days old and doing great with no losses.
(Actually, the females are only 80 cents.

Already mentioned , but http://www.schlechthatchery.com/chickens.htm at 80 cents for pullets , 88 straight run , and 98 cockerals . I'm happy with the birds they sent me , but if you're wanting white laced red Cornish don't expect them to look anything close to the show quality bird they have pictured

Oh wow, thanks! You guys just saved me some money! I was planning to order from Mount Healthy and get the extra cockerel chicks, but no one else who is going in on the order is interested in the freebies, and I don't necessarily need all those roosters hanging around for weeks and weeks crowing their heads off...I can save a ton of money and get more of the Cornish if I go with Central.
