What is the best % of protein, etc. in a rooster feed?

Also, anyone like a particular brand?

I like Evergreen rooster feed...if I didn't mix my own (or when i run out of and do't have time to mix) I use this. It has a variety of grains and such in it.

Do roosters need the 16% protein, even though they don't lay?

Evergreen has two types one is a "grower" with 19% and the other is a maintenance with 14%
