Fact: she is Queen of the flock since I got her at 6 years old (owner happy to get rid of her as she's too old) and makes sure everyone knows it. She's never had health issues of any kind and still lays a clutch of eggs and broods - currently has 5 (11 wk old) chicks under her wings now.View attachment 3171005

Not many eggs, just enough for her to go broody on I let her brood, she raises chicks at least twice a year.
