Best small egg incubator

Haven't used it - just looked at in educator catalog, it's $17.95 without the quail eggs.....I know the manufacturer is good for their cabinet incubators, so perhaps this will translate well with small tabletop (3 chicken eggs)....

Hope this helps!

The GQF chick-bator is junk. Don't waste your money. Buy a GQF hova-bator with a fan the 1588 model being the best or a Brinsea if you can afford it.

I would like to have one like that, can i know the cost up to Kampala Uganda?

my homemade incubator hatched out chicks all summer. 8''x9'' card board box with 15 w light cost $11. for lamp.

I dry hatched these- metal bowl is for safety- but 15 watts is not much- plus if you didn't use bowl you could use foil which I have now. small white dish under metal bowl I would put water in sometimes but haven't lately. I changed design so this would hold 8 eggs or more.

this batch was 100% my last batch was also 100% but just 2 eggs. I have 2 more in now but then I am done until next spring at least.

Awesome hatch rate. I have friends in south America and they were using a carton box, lamp and a thermometer with great hatch rate and sometimes 100%.

I've had an Octagon Advance 20 and I never get 100% hatch rate :'(

Keep us updated.

I just hatched 2 from this box last week- 'nother 100% because I placed 2- I have 2 more that have another 9 days to go in same box. but then I am done.

I would really recommend you a JANOEL-10. I used it for my Ducklings and it works really good!
It is really easy to use and the Temerature is really constant! You should buy a Thermometer and an Hygrometer to be sure but you can find good ones for 4 or 5 $.
It is easy to clean and they will give you a FREE candler (That Is pretty good too lol)
It's for 12 Chicken eggs (I tried and you can put more inside) about 10 Duck eggs and a LOT of Quail eggs lol!
I hope i helped :)
