Are the brisnea mini eco without turner any good?

I have a hovabator and it does fine at home. I always fill it and have good to soso hatches - I always have something hatch. I'm looking into a brisnea to hatch away from home. The Brisnea is a supposed to be better bator. The people who hatch with the mini seem to have very good hatches.
