We got our 4 GSL's from the feed store 03/06... they were all laying between 18-22 weeks... we think... tricky since pullets aren't totally set yet so didn't know for sure that all four were laying until we started getting 4/day and that was... oh, say 25 weeks.
They did slow down a bit in August/September when it was REALLY toasty, then back to 4/day all week, now it's 3-4/day now that it's getting cold... we'll see how they do over the winter.
But, those are sex links... egg laying machines so that may well have played a part... in addition to getting them in the first week of March.
