get a bigger freezer and do them all at once,it will be cheaper in the long run

we got our first batch last April and processed the last of June, and our 2nd batch we got in Sept and processed in Nov.
Both times were good for the WV weather we had last year. Will probably do the same this Spring and Fall too.
