I'm selling boneless/skinless parts this year and looking for better options for packaging. I've used shrink bags, but only like them for whole birds. I tried foam trays for the last batch, but don't think they're going to last long in the freezer. The reason I didn't try a vacuum sealer was because I didn't want it to look cheap. You know, so many people have them for personal use. I now think it's going to be my best option. So I need some recommendations!
What's your favorite vacuum sealer and why? I need an affordable machine, but a professional (or at least semi-professional) looking finished product.
