Vacuum Sealing Bird Size

We ordered some shrink bags, but they have failed to come in time for processing. We planned on using both the vacuum sealer and shrink bags. This is our first time processing chickens, so now we are stuck with vacuum sealing.
Does anyone know the largest bird anyone has used on a vaccum sealer?
According to the type of birds we have, they should range from 5lb-8lb.
I know we can cut them up, we are trying to keep them whole.

I know I've put at least 5 lbs (and probably 6 lbs) in vac-pack bags before I learned about shrink wrap bags.
