best way to candle

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!!

I candled some of my eggs this afternoon and didnt see a thing. So I saw silkiechickens picture there where she just candled them right in the incubator. I thought, well shoot, how cool is that. So I turned out all the lights, took my trusty flashlight, and did what she did....and...

I SEE VEINS ALL OVER THE PLACE!!!!!

JODY, I DIDNT KILL THEM ALL!!!!


I think Im going to faint.....

i pick up the egg and cup it in my hand and without touching the egg, put a LED flashlight under it and i can see veins!

It was a gift from royicus. He got the flashlight from Surefire .

I dug around and found a LED mini falsh light last night just to give it a try. It did the trick, i would have never thought that little thing would be so bright. And by the way 9 out of 10 of the green eggs showed signs of life
