Best way to clean up feathers?

I just poop scoop feathers daily as I do with poops in the coop/surface poop in the run.

Of course, that won't work so well if you have a very large area and a lot of chickens!
I have worms in my compost, is that gonna be an issue for them? How long do feathers generally take to break down? I'd just been tossing them in the trash, didn't know they could be composted... I do fish guts occasionally but mostly just veggie scraps.
They shouldn't be too hard to break down if you have a good active compost pile going - I've never pulled a feather out of my finished compost before. Plus I figure feather meal is often added to soil mixes or fertilizers, so why not compost the loose feathers too?

Do you have a leaf blower? Some have a reverse mode where they suck instead of blow. Try that (it would look more fitting if you're going around the lawn with a leaf blower rather than a shop vac, and your neighbors won't think you're crazy  ). Or if you don't have one or yours doesn't have a reverse mode, borrow one from a neighbor who has a sucking blower.
