Best way to remove bad eggs from a nest?

I've never had peacocks, though I really want some, but I did have six hens sit on and hatch forty eggs together.

They've been sitting together for a few days. Never seen anything like it. I wonder which one will be the mom if anything hatches???

Usually they co-mom.

After with the babies, they " co mom " even if they don't hatch together.
