Best way to seal?

It's rubberized in that it has some texture/grip to it, but does not provide any additional cushioning like an actual coat of rubber would, so the finished surface is harder like the bed liner.
Copy, I've liked it from the start since I found out about this but dislike the harsh inhaled chemicals and time frame it takes for safe use. That's my catch with it. If I had more time to do this new coop 100% done before the move(coop got put in place of old one on a secured run that was constructed separately). Too many predators in my area so my hand was forced to get as much done in one day and then move the birds in.

Very little chemical smell (lower VOC than most paints I used) but yes it does take some set up time, which can be an issue. I set aside about a month to get my coop finished out before use so I had the time to apply it as well as build roosts and nests, etc., but not everyone has that amount of leeway.

Unfortunately I was one of those ones. I didn't have the leeway time as I had more to add to the flock which were coop ready a few days later. So I was already in a time crunch as is.
